G & J Kartway

Located among the cornfields and pastures of Southwestern Ohio lies a WKA Master Track known as G & J Kartway. In addition to hosting many races, G & J Kartway is open for practice throughout the year, weather permitting. If you’re in Southwest Ohio and looking for a great track, make your way to Camden and look for the silos…there is a true gem of a track waiting for you.

 

Wild Hearts African Farm and Petting Zoo

You'll be led on a guided walking tour where you'll learn about conservation practices and meet animals from all over the world. Set on working farm, you'll see African dairy goats, tortoises, ducks, hawks a bald eagle and more. Many animals are touchable, some you can hand-feed and others you can watch at feeding time. Safari Junction

Safari Junction is organized specifically to provide a learning environment for area youth to be properly educated about animals, their care, and their habitats. Safari Junction is a great place to take the kids!

 

Preble Co. Historical Society

Dedicated to preserving and protecting Preble County heritage, artifacts, memories, and ideas. From the early 1800s to modern day, Preble County has rich farming and rural traditions to treasure. The Historical Society has a wealth of historical materials, from family photographs and records to old-time clothing, buggies, and a 1903 Model A Ford. Through its programs, exhibits, educational programs, and special events, and library and archives, Preble County Historical Society puts you in touch with local history.

Fort St Clair 

Fort St. Clair was a fort built during the Northwest Indian War. Now operated by the City of Eaton, the 77 acre site features a playground area, picnic tables, a cabin, an outdoor fireplace with grill, large wooded areas, a gazebo, and more. The Fort also now houses Miss Preble, a WWII Sherman tank.

Eaton County Club

Eaton Country Club's challenging par 36 course was designed by Alex Campbell and features watered fairways, tees and greens, sand hazards, a driving range and a lovely view all in walking distance of downtown Eaton and the historic Roberts Bridge.

Hueston Woods Golf Course

The golf course at Hueston Woods is an 18-hole championship course.  It has been laid upon a generous 260 acres of land and has over 30 sand traps as well as unique water holes.  Bent grass tees and greens accompanied by Kentucky bluegrass and rye blended fairways create ideal playing surfaces.

Lewisburg Community Walking Path

At just over 1 mile, the Lewisburg Walking Path is perhaps the most beautiful place in the Village for a morning run or an evening walk.  It offers jogging, walking and biking opportunities in one of the most scenic settings, wrapping around the village's  well-maintained community park system.
